Packaging Engineering delivers the development of innovative and compliant packaging design solutions, as well as cross-functional interfaces for storage and server computer systems. Our team conducts feasibility studies and testing of packaging for new and existing products – and then oversees the introduction of design changes to the manufacturing organizations.

What you’ll achieve
As a Packaging Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of Server / Storage packaging. You will work with Core Teams to develop cost effect and sustainable packaging that will help Dell realize our vision of using technology for people and the planet.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 years packaging engineering experience

• Experience with engineering drawing tools and engineering change orders

• Chinese / English fluency

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in Server / Storage packaging engineering,Experience in working with global teams

• BS Packaging Engineering or equivalent, Creativeness for sustainable packaging solutions
