We lead on multiple HR areas, including onboarding, benefits, time and attendance, payroll support, vendor management, human resources information management, leave management, letters administration, records management, medical support, offboarding, HR project management, etc. Constantly consulting with HR and business leadership to ensure our support meets the needs of the organization, we drive the development of programs to build business capability, input onboarding or offboarding and influence business change.

What you’ll achieve
As a HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR services support across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, time and attendance, leave management, payroll support, letters administration, records management, medical support, offboarding and HR projects. You will work with team members and leaders, other HR team members, Payroll, Facilities, Compensations & Benefits, and other teams on providing employee lifecycle HR services to our team members and leaders.
You will be responsible for:
- Provides daily operational support for internal client group on record keeping, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management (country specific), employee letters, employment certificates, visa support documentation, allowance changes and leave tool management. May also support country specific tools and systems.
- Streamlines and simplifies end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversees and manages a wide range of team members’ benefits administration/programs (i.e. medical/social benefits & claims, life and supplementary insurance, pension and allowances)
- Collaborates across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items.
- Ownership for records management for the entire employee population including both soft and hard copy.

Essential Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in providing HR Employee Lifecycle Services
- Knowledge of local labor legislation
- Fluent English skills
- Communication skills & strong customer orientation
- Attention to the detail, ability to work independently & organize daily priorities
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with similar HR systems (i.e. Workday, ServiceNow, OWC)
