The Senior Advisor will lead strategic initiatives for the Social and Environmental Responsibility Team that ensure the sustainability and safety of Dell’s supply chain.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Advisor, you willbe responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to identify, prevent, and mitigate forced labor risks within our organization and supply chain.Be part of a team that leads one of the industry’s most comprehensive audit programs to ensure compliance with all requirements from industry associations, government and other regulatory bodies and provide mitigation recommendations and action plans. This role offers the opportunity to expand one’s scope within the Supply Chain Assurance organization or the ability to gain experience in supply chain operations as part of a career in Dell’s environmental, social and governance efforts.
You will:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented forced labor expert to join our team and make a meaningful impact on human rights and ethical labor practices. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company’s compliance with evolving human rights regulations and best practices related to forced labor, ethical recruitment, fair and ethical employment practices, grievance, worker voice, and human rights due diligence. This position will require a strong understanding of human rights due diligence and forced labor mitigation processes and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies for our business.
Ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment by proactively monitoring global human rights and forced labor regulations and translating due diligence processes into actionable business strategies.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and data analysis to identify forced labor risks in supply chains, evaluate mitigation program effectiveness, and continuously improve prevention efforts.
Develop, implement, and oversee robust policies, procedures, and training programs to prevent and address forced labor, ensuring ethical labor practices across operations and supplier networks.
Foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement by working with internal teams, suppliers, industry associations, and civil society organizations to promote awareness and compliance globally.
Stay informed on global trends and maintain cross-functional, international coordination while effectively balancing engagement across multiple time zones to support program success.

Essential Requirements
Deep expertise in human rights and forced labor issues, including ethical recruitment, prevention strategies, and key risk indicators.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and cultures, engaging effectively with senior management and diverse global teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey complex issues to varied audiences.
Highly organized and results-oriented, with strong project management abilities and sharp attention to detail.
Desirable Requirements
Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in forced labor prevention, human rights, or a related field with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
