What you’ll achieve

As a Payroll Senior Analyst, you will help manage and grow Dell Technologies financial health on our Payroll team. The team is responsible for processing the company payroll while making sure that all wages, tax withholdings and deductions are accurate. The Payroll team also prepares financial records and reports.

You will:

• Support payroll operations for the EMEA region, with primary focus on the Netherlands payroll.

• Ensure accuracy of statutory calculation for local reporting and compliance and accuracy of other payments and deductions processed via payroll. 

• Deliver accurate payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders 

• Remittance of payments to tax authorities, government offices and 3rd parties.

• Work closely with colleagues & Management and third party vendor to prioritize business and information needs.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience handling Slovak payroll, preferably in a multinational environment

• Demonstrated knowledge & experience working with ADP Globalview payroll, proficient in the use of MS Office applications

• Fluent English speaker 

• Can work under minimum supervision

• Ability to cope with ambiguity and change and maintain high level of professionalism when working under pressure

Salary starting from: 1550 EUR gross monthly
