What you’ll achieve
As a Process Development Intern, you will be responsible for determining the operations required for assembly and testing of products by reviewing specifications and other engineering data. You will develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes in the manufacturing or fabrication of components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. You will estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore AI and new technologies within the production environment. .

You will:

• Develop and implement production processes for the assembly and testing of computer devices, ensuring compliance with approved methods and quality standards through ongoing monitoring of assigned operations.
• Recommend and implement improvements or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and internal logistics of materials and finished goods.
• Research new technologies and methods available in the market, designing and implementing effective and efficient production and business processes related to manufacturing, procurement, replenishment, and fulfillment.
• Monitor key production KPIs, conducting regular analysis and preparing relevant reports.
• Lead assigned projects within the given area of expertise and approved budget.

Essential Requirements

• Student status (preferred fields: production engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, production management, or related)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret KPIs to support operational improvements
• Ability to communicate in English and Polish both verbal and written.
• Capability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment focused on new technologies.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience in production or prior internships in a similar field.
• Experience in using CAD, PowerBI and other analytical software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and formal problem solving tools.
