What you’ll achieve

As aPower Firmware Engineer, you willdesign, document and functionally validate mechanical components and assemblies, as well as to participate in engineering review and tests to validate the robustness of PSU (power supply unit) Hardware/ Firmware design and proper performance of PSU new products.

You will:

• Drive the innovative power supply Firmware solutions for server, storageand networking systems

• Provide constructive feedback on project technical discussion as well as new patent mining

• Design, document and monitor the validation and qualification of components to achieve the best quality in the world for Dell products

• Ensures all deliverables are met per program schedules

• Interfaces with suppliers and cross-function teams engagement along with development teams to ensure the success of power supply development and Dell server infrastructure systems

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineeringand expect to graduate between 2024 February to 2025 December

• Prior experience of study in embedded system design using micro-controllers, analog and digital system design; and knowledge of the scripting language like C/C++, Assembly, Python, LabVIEW, and/or Linux programming

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Fluency in English

Desirable Requirements

• Good understanding of Electrical or Electronics Engineering in analog and digital circuitry Firmware design, especially in Power related application field, experience of using CAD, MATLAB, SPICE and allegro will be a plus

• Good understanding of Electrical and/or Electronics engineering and knowledge of x86 system will be a plus
