My Internship Experience:
This summer, as a Global Marketing Intern, I've had the opportunity to develop new skills and work alongside skilled professionals. The Marketing Internship Program is a ten-week experience of fast-paced learning, collaboration, and growth tailored to your unique interests and goals. I work on the Marketing Talent Development team, supporting the developmental programs we have for individuals across the Global Marketing organization.
My favorite part of interning at Dell has been the people I've had the chance to learn from and collaborate with. I consider myself lucky to be surrounded by amazing leaders, brilliant peers, and supportive mentors.

In the Final Weeks of My Internship, I am Most Looking Forward To:
I am most looking forward to visiting the office in Round Rock, Texas, for the final week of the internship. There, participants of the Marketing Internship Program will present our summer projects. I am excited to connect with my fellow interns and celebrate all that we've accomplished in the past few months.

Best Piece of Advice I Received This Summer:
The best piece of advice I received was from a former Global Marketing intern who emphasized that we are all still learning. Don't be afraid to ask questions or say you need help. Give yourself grace and space to grow.
Biggest Learning from My Internship:
The biggest takeaway I've learned from the internship is to be present. You're surrounded by opportunities, so take advantage of them, whether it's the project you're working on, professional development sessions, or social events with your team. You get out what you put into the internship, so embrace every moment.
