Neurodiversity@Dell Technologies offers internships and full-time career opportunities for neurodivergent job seekers. Program participants are offered skill-based interviews and provided with a variety of employee support resources once hired on.
We are excited to see Dell broaden our talent initiatives to include this program focused on qualified neurodivergent individuals. It aligns with our efforts to ensure that we are tapping multiple talent pipelines to broaden our overall inclusion with our incoming hires.

We strive to create an engaging and inclusive work environment for all our team members. That’s why we provide a skill-based interview experience designed to include all learning and communication styles. Through a neurodivergent-friendly recruitment process, we aim to provide all job seekers with support resources that promote success from application to onboarding, including interview preparation support, mentoring and coaching and professional development.
At this time, we do not have any full-time or internship opportunities available through our program.
Right from the start, I shared with my manager and team that I identify as being on the autism spectrum. Everyone has been receptive and supportive. Clear communication and expectation management has helped my manager understand how I operate best.
