Working for Dell Technologies has been a wonderful experience. I have worked as a Principal Engineer in residency practice for over 10 years now. However, my journey started in just a technical role where I stayed for 4 years, and now has evolved into a position where I interact with customers and provide solutions to their daily challenges. Dell Technologies holds pride in prioritizing the customer and I have been able to reflect this culture during my residency practice. During my time here, I have been able to build strong relationships with customers and pave the way for long term connections.

As the world and technology rapidly evolves, Dell continuously strives to adapt and invent new ways to benefit their employees and customers. These advancements are a reason why learning is always an important factor on my team. We are encouraged to take new trainings regularly and participate in numerous workshops, which helps my career growth immensely.
