Working for Dell Technologies has been a wonderful experience. I have worked as a Principal Engineer in residency practice for over 10 years now. However, my journey started in just a technical role where I stayed for 4 years, and now has evolved into a position where I interact with customers and provide solutions to their daily challenges. Dell Technologies holds pride in prioritizing the customer and I have been able to reflect this culture during my residency practice. During my time here, I have been able to build strong relationships with customers and pave the way for long term connections.

Additionally, Dell’s culture creates an environment where we can support and encourage one another. This is emphasized during my work with other teams and when I engage in new projects. In this environment, we can collaborate and put our diverse minds together to reach a common goal. I also have the opportunity to learn new skills from my teammates which helps me provide better services for our customers. At times when it feels challenging to meet a customer’s expectations, my peers do a great job to help support me in ensuring I meet the customer's needs. Ramachandra with coworkers
