I am truly blessed with the limitless opportunities I have had to explore my career path; from working with Dell Inside Sales to various leadership roles within Dell Technologies. Over the last 20 years, these opportunities have enabled me to grow, learn, and collaborate with others across borders and cultures.

The flexibility that Dell offers eased my transition from being a young working adult to the multiples roles I have inside and outside of the workplace. At Dell, I could be a team member, a mentee, a mentor or a manager, while also being a daughter, sister and mom of two children.

Diversity and inclusion in the workplace are no longer just about awareness. The people we collaborate and interact with every day are consciously cultivating the values of our work culture. One of my managers said, “although we accomplish great milestones, always ensure that we also support other team members and help their growth so we can succeed together.”

I’m also active in volunteering activities, such as Dell's Employee Resource Groups. I'm a part of Dell's Women in Action (Community Engagement) where we visit schools to interact and educate students on the available career opportunities within Dell Malaysia.

I am forever grateful to the managers and team members who constantly encourage me to do more. At Dell, we embrace achievement, connection, diversity & inclusion, but above all else, we can be seen as more than who we are today.
