Restart

The restart program is a re-entry program for women or men who have been out of the workforce for a minimum of 12 months.
STEM Aspire Releasing female potential

STEM Aspire

Releasing Female Potential

STEM Aspire is a 12-month mentoring program aimed at undergraduate females from the disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Students are paired with mentors from Dell who provide them with 1-1 support and guidance to help bridge the gap between education and employment.

 The Releasing Female Potential program is an internal development program designed to enhance and support the career advancement of females within the organization. The in-house program is tailor-made to address any specific gaps that females may have across our business. It involves mentoring, shadowing, and training. To date, there have been 170 participants across the region of which 46% have received a job change.

Kick Start
The Kick Start program is an intensive training and work experience 15-week Bootcamp program for females from non-IT backgrounds to start a new career in the tech sector.

We offer multiple opportunities in our sales and services teams, which all contribute to helping our customers transform their digital future by offering the most innovative end-to-end technology solutions from the Edge to the Core to the Cloud.

  

 

Account Manager

As an account manager you will nurture and grow relationships with our customers by driving sales of our end-to-end solutions.

 

Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.

 

Technical (Customer) Support

As a technical support agent, you will develop customer relationships and problem-solve technical issues that will contribute to making our customers and business more productive, collaborative, and innovative.

 

Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer, you will provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, helping to define the overall Dell Technologies solution for our customers using the full range of company products and services.

 

Project/ Program Manager

As a project/ program you will work closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, you’ll manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects - from design to delivery.
