STEM Aspire |
Releasing Female Potential |

STEM Aspire is a 12-month mentoring program aimed at undergraduate females from the disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Students are paired with mentors from Dell who provide them with 1-1 support and guidance to help bridge the gap between education and employment. |
The Releasing Female Potential program is an internal development program designed to enhance and support the career advancement of females within the organization. The in-house program is tailor-made to address any specific gaps that females may have across our business. It involves mentoring, shadowing, and training. To date, there have been 170 participants across the region of which 46% have received a job change. |

The Kick Start program is an intensive training and work experience 15-week Bootcamp program for females from non-IT backgrounds to start a new career in the tech sector. | ||
