Establishing a Career with Influence
I joined Dell Technologies in September 2025 as a Global Supplier Engineer — a significant leap forward in my career. From my first day, I was energized to be part of such an innovative and globally recognized company. In this role, I focus on ensuring our suppliers consistently deliver products that meet Dell’s high-quality standards. This involves working closely with partners to monitor performance and implement robust quality management practices.
One of the most memorable moments in my journey so far was receiving formal recognition for my contributions. It was the first time I’d been acknowledged for my work in such a meaningful way, and it gave me a tremendous boost in both motivation and confidence. That moment reminded me how rewarding it is to be part of a company that sees and appreciates your efforts.

- Quality management and process control – I’ve mastered tools like Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA to help ensure our suppliers meet Dell’s stringent quality expectations.
- Communication and negotiation – Partnering with global suppliers requires clear communication, quick problem-solving, and finding the right balance between cost, quality, and timelines.
- Problem-solving and process improvement – I’ve sharpened my ability to identify quality issues and recommend effective solutions for process improvements.
- Working in a multicultural environment – Collaborating across cultures has enhanced my communication skills and teamwork abilities, both of which are essential in a global organization like Dell.
