Hi, I’m Andie, a student at National Tsing Hua University. I began my internship at Dell in July 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of incredible. During my time at Dell, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to a variety of impactful projects, including internal job recruitment, inclusion training and planning the highly anticipated Year-End Ceremony.
The most remarkable aspect of my internship has been the networking opportunities and the incredible support from my coworkers. Despite being an intern, my opinions are always encouraged and valued in every project I’ve participated in. My coworkers are approachable and eager to provide guidance whenever I need it. At Dell, if you need advice, people are more than willing to share their experiences through one-on-one meetings, fostering a truly supportive and collaborative environment.

My time at Dell has been an enriching experience, filled with opportunities for growth, collaboration and making meaningful contributions. I’m incredibly grateful for this journey and excited to see what lies ahead.

Beyond work, Dell provides opportunities to engage in meaningful activities. I’m proud to be a member of the True Ability Employee Resource Group (ERG), which focuses on raising awareness about disabilities and creating impactful initiatives. A highlight of my experience was attending sign language lessons, where I gained valuable insights into supporting individuals with disabilities and the resources available within the company.
For those considering a career at Dell, here’s my advice:
- Think carefully before making decisions, as every action can influence others and the overall outcome.
- Strive to create the greatest value in the least amount of time and cost.
- Always track the results of your work, even after it’s completed, and seek ways to improve or adjust your approach.
- Be responsible, maintain integrity, and most importantly, don’t be afraid to speak up—every suggestion has the potential to make a big difference.
