Hi I'm Bahia! My journey with Dell Technologies began in 2004. To be honest, I thought I’d stay just a few months. I was young, curious, and eager for my first real job experience. What I found instead was a company that continually challenged me, supported me, and helped me grow—year after year.
Today, I wear several hats. I lead internal audits for ISO 9001, drive business risk assessments, support operational resilience and privacy programs, and deliver training to help teams stay aligned and empowered. I’m also the Well at Dell Morocco Lead, co-lead the EMEA Mosaic team, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives that are deeply meaningful to me.

If I could give every team one shared motto, it would be: “Grow through what you go through, and embrace change as a force for growth, not fear.”

Transforming Processes, Inspiring People
One of the most defining projects in my journey was leading the full implementation of a Quality Management System from scratch in a former business unit. It wasn’t just about achieving ISO certification; it was about building a culture of ownership, trust, and clarity from the ground up.
More recently, I led the simplification of our internal audit process, transforming it from a source of pressure into a value-driven, human-centric experience. These projects taught me that operational excellence doesn’t have to come at the expense of people. In fact, it works best when people are at the center.
Across all these roles, what’s made the biggest difference is Dell’s culture—one that empowers you to grow, to speak up, and to care. And that influence doesn’t stop at the office door. It’s shaped how I show up as a mother, how I communicate, and how I raise my daughters. They don’t just see the working mom I am; they see the leader I’ve become, the values I carry, and the passion I bring into everything I do. And they’re not just proud—they’re inspired to dream big, believe in their voice, and grow with purpose.
