I learned about Dell’s Pro Bono program through an internal promotion of the program. Pro Bono empowers team members to contribute their skills and expertise towards helping non-profits create a positive impact in communities. I joined the Pro Bono volunteer team to give back to my community and was immediately impressed by the organization's dedication to its mission and commitment to providing high-quality services. The positive and supportive work environment motivated me to engage in various projects, from business strategy to technical architecture, addressing current operational challenges.
