My Career Journey
I began my professional journey as a software engineer in a startup environment, where I gained hands-on experience across a diverse range of technologies and built a solid technical foundation. Motivated by a desire to broaden my industry exposure, I transitioned into the banking sector to deepen my understanding of financial systems and enterprise-scale solutions. This progression eventually led me to the supply chain domain, where I now contribute at Dell Technologies—leveraging my cross-functional expertise to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and strategic value within a global enterprise setting.

   

My Passion for Technology
My fascination with technology began at a young age when I received my first computer. I was deeply curious about how computer architecture worked—both the hardware and the software—and the science behind it all. This curiosity evolved into a passion as I explored the endless possibilities that technology offers. Today, with the rise of AI, the potential for innovation is even greater, and I find it incredibly exciting to be part of this transformative era.

Current Role in Dell Global Operations Supply Chain
In my role within Dell's Global Operations (GO) Supply Chain team, I am committed to deepening my understanding of the interconnected functions that shape the supply chain ecosystem. Whether it's logistics, procurement, or planning, each area plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence. My focus lies in optimizing processes, enabling digital transformation, and crafting innovative solutions that elevate productivity across all levels of the organization.

   

How to Succeed in Global Operations
Beyond strong technical skills, key traits for success include determination, a genuine eagerness to continuously learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. These qualities not only drive personal growth but also enable clear communication and alignment across the organization.

Workplace Relationships and Growth
My time at Dell has been immensely rewarding, largely due to the exceptional team members I’ve had the privilege of working alongside. From site visits and office socials to team-building activities, each experience has strengthened our sense of unity as a Dell family. These moments have fostered strong relationships that continue to enhance our collaboration and effectiveness in daily operations.

   

Value Creation and Strategic Impact
Being part of various teams and functions across the supply chain has allowed me to create meaningful value—from driving productivity improvements and man-hour savings to leading high-impact, cost-saving initiatives. At this stage of my career, I’m also embracing the transformative power of AI, exploring how its capabilities can be embedded into the tools and platforms we use at Dell to further enhance efficiency and innovation.
