My name is Jaylan Jones, and I’m a business administration major at North Carolina Central University (NCCU). I’m originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, and I’m currently interning with the Talent Marketing and Engagement team at Dell.

Why did you choose to intern at Dell Technologies?

I chose to intern at Dell because of its strong reputation and long-standing success as a company. This is my first internship and my first time living away from my family, so I wanted to join a supportive and inclusive environment where I could learn and grow—and Dell has provided exactly that.

What has been a memorable experience so far in your internship?

One standout moment during my internship was being assigned a project that required me to network and collaborate with people across different teams. This experience pushed me out of my comfort zone, helped me build meaningful connections, and provided valuable insights that will shape my career moving forward.
