Collaborating Across Borders 

 

As a Principal Supplier Process Engineer based in Vietnam, I work closely with both global teams and local suppliers to drive process improvements, ensure quality excellence, and support new technology launches. Every day brings something new — from troubleshooting complex supplier issues to collaborating with colleagues in the US, China, Malaysia, and many other countries. This constant exchange of knowledge and perspectives makes my role not only impactful, but also incredibly enriching. It truly embodies what it means to work in a global environment. 

Flexibility That Fuels Fulfilment 

  

One of the most rewarding parts of #LifeAtDell is the freedom to find a healthy balance between work and personal life. Thanks to Dell’s flexible policies, I can adjust my schedule to attend family activities, take a quick trip, or simply recharge — all while still delivering meaningful results. The photo here was from a recent weekend team gathering at a beautiful local restaurant, where we laughed, shared stories, and bonded outside of work. It’s moments like these — filled with connection and joy — that keep both morale and productivity high, reminding me that work can be both purposeful and enjoyable.

What matters most is the connection and trust within my team — something I feel every single day. The value that resonates with me most is ‘Winning Together.’ It’s more than just a slogan; it’s something I experience daily, whether we’re solving a challenging supplier issue or celebrating a milestone. That collaborative spirit makes every success more meaningful and every challenge easier to overcome.
