Tell us about yourself.
I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and I graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a bachelor's in finance. I interned at Dell Technologies in Global Operations during the summers of 2021 and 2022. I'm currently in my first rotation of the Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP), working as a Project Manager on the Logistics Procurement team.
Some fun facts about me are:
- I ran my first marathon in Dallas last December.
- I studied abroad in Nice, France my junior year of college.
Please share a bit about your current role and any past roles you've had in the program.
I was an intern in planning the summer of 2021, in procurement the summer of 2022, and I started my first full-time role in the SCDP in June of 2023. As a project manager, I am responsible for driving projects to benefit the Logistics Procurement team. This includes supporting in Strategic Business Reviews, Executive Business Reviews and shadowing a Global Commodity Manager to aid in cost savings and market intelligence amongst commodities.
Why did you decide to join SCDP?
I knew SCDP would be great development opportunity and push me to learn as much as I can over the next three years. I wanted to gain a breadth of knowledge about the entire supply chain and explore areas that I haven't experienced yet. Throughout our rotations, we take classes that improve our professional and functional learnings. We work with mentors and advisors as well. I knew SCDP would have a great support system to ensure my development and maximize my future potential.
My favorite part of SCDP is the people. We are focused on reaching success, which has pushed me to become my best self. They aren't just people I can rely on in the workspace; I'm making lifelong friendships that even branch into activities outside of work, such as volleyball, soccer and pickleball matches.

Could you highlight any standout projects or opportunities you've had a chance to work on as a part of the SCDP program?
I am in the community service pillar for SCDP and am responsible for finding community service events for us to participate in virtually and throughout the city of Austin. We work with many different programs to help our communities. For example, one of our most recent events was with Mouse Professional Mentor Program. We spoke with middle and high school students in the New York area and gave them academic, project, and career advice to further enhance their development.
What is your favorite part of SCDP?

What advice would you offer to potential applicants who are considering joining Dell's SCDP?
I'd encourage them to be okay with going out of your comfort zone. Coming right out of college, there is a lot of ambiguity and new opportunities. Be okay with saying yes and being adaptable to change. The times I went out of my comfort zone are when I learned the most!
