What are the most positive aspects of the company's culture that you have noticed? 

In my view, the most positive aspects of Dell's culture are the encouragement of innovation and process improvement, allowing everyone to propose new ideas and solutions. I've also noticed the collaborative spirit among teams and the investment in continuous employee development, offering training and learning opportunities.

How is this internship helping you achieve your career goals? 

The internship at Dell provides various opportunities for practical experience in my area of interest, such as the FIP (Financial Internship Program) Business Case for finance interns, which is essential for my career goals. The networking possibilities are also quite extensive, and people are very open to having conversations and presenting their areas. We have access to various training sessions and workshops to develop both technical skills and soft skills; we also have support from our mentors, who are experienced professionals that help define key points for my development and career. 

   

How do you feel about the growth and development opportunities here? 

I feel that Dell offers many growth and development opportunities. There are training programs, workshops and encouragement from managers to take on new challenges and responsibilities within our areas. 

   

How would you describe your internship experience so far? 

My internship experience has been extremely positive. I have learned a lot, received support from my colleagues and manager and feel valued within my team.
