Since joining Dell Technologies in 2023, I’ve quickly realized how a supportive environment can accelerate personal and professional growth. Within just two years, I’ve transitioned across roles, taken on challenging projects, and gained confidence by being trusted with responsibilities that truly shape my career. From piloting changes at Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) factories to qualifying new products during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, Dell has given me the chance to stretch beyond my comfort zone and succeed in ways I never imagined.

Most importantly, I’ve developed traits that fuel success: proactiveness, openness to learning, teamwork, and resilience. Programs like Talent Development have further equipped me with new skills, broadened my network, and inspired me through stories from leaders and colleagues.

    

Advice for Those Ready to Take the Leap
