Hi, I’m Abhishek Mehra. My journey with Dell began in 2014 with my first job, where I joined as a Resolution Expert Technician. Over the years, I’ve grown through roles in logistics, project management, and field marketing. Today, I serve as the Community Manager for Social and Shared Services—leading team training and reporting, helping teams learn new tools, sharing best practices and building connections across the broader social organization. I’m also a Dell Brand Ambassador, reviewing and creating tech content and representing the brand through my unique perspective.

What does a day in your life look like?
Every day, I get to blend my love for technology and social media into something new and meaningful. I use Dell cabs to commute conveniently and work wherever I feel most inspired, thanks to our office’s indoor and outdoor workspaces. Being part of a global team allows me to collaborate across cultures and time zones, contributing during my most productive hours. Dell’s commitment to personal growth and well-being makes each day fulfilling. Whether it’s sipping coffee during a creative break or participating in team brainstorming sessions, I find time to recharge, learn, and stay inspired.

What are your hobbies outside of work?
Adventure and discovery are at the heart of who I am. I’m a recognized travel, lifestyle, and food influencer, having explored more than 15 countries. I’ve trekked through breathtaking landscapes and even documented Gurudongmar Lake—India’s highest lake—at an altitude of 17,814.96 feet. Road trips, photography, writing, and collecting currencies from around the world are some of my passions. I also enjoy playing volleyball and am always chasing new adventures.
What motivates you to keep learning and growing in your career?
I live by the belief that “something wonderful is always about to happen.” At Dell, I’m given the space to grow and feel inspired every single day. My work is more than a job—it’s passion, creativity, and community.
