Shalom amichi (hello friends) of the world-wide web! I’m a passionate Field Marketing Manager by day, competitive powerlifter and fitness company owner by night, and solo world traveler whenever paid time off (PTO) calls. I’ve been with Dell Technologies since the summer of 2020, and in just a few short years I’ve been fortunate to hold five diverse roles—spanning marketing operations, social media and thought leadership, our executive briefing program, flagship events, and now public sector marketing—all of which have shaped me into the marketing leader I am today. At work, colleagues know me for my contagious energy, PowerPoint wizardry, and detail-oriented project management skills; but at home, my friends know me for my commitment to living a healthy lifestyle, my cute (but psycho) Boston Terrier, and my relentless Jewish pride.

If your life or career was an album, what would the album title be?
In true #Swiftie spirit, my album title would be, The Life of a Jewish-Corporate-Gym-Rat. The vinyl would be glittery purple, and my 12 tracks would be:
- The Fate of Pancreas (in memory of my dad)
- Afikoman First (my 4-year old Boston Terrier)
- Amethyst (my love for the color purple)
- Father Figure (he was my role model)
- Middle Daughter (self-explanatory)
- Ruin the Meeting (for every squirrel moment I have at work)
- Actually Strong (shoutout Lift ATX)
- Travel Li$t (27 countries & counting)
- Chalk (gymnast turned powerlifter)
- CANCELLED [Outlook Meeting]! (my favorite kind of email)
- Dvash (honey in Hebrew)
- The Life of a Jewish-Corporate-Gym-Rat (feat. ADHD)
Luckily, I already laid out all the easter eggs for you—so hopefully this gives you a fun little glimpse into my everyday life.

Are there any recent highlights from your career at Dell so far?
Absolutely! The North America (NA) HQ at Dell Technologies World (DTW) 2025. *MIC DROP*
The NA HQ + Canada House is where our American and Canadian customers and partners can relax, recharge (literally), attend events, and network with their peers between sessions at DTW. My previous team is responsible for this experience, and this year was my first time working on it—and WOW, it was hands down the most energizing, creative, and fulfilling project of my career. It took about six months to plan the entire experience, but every meeting, ping, and email NEVER felt like “work” to me…it just felt like fun!
I’m so passionate about creating memorable customer experiences, and during planning season I bonded with the HQ team on such a deep, unexplainable level. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much—or as hard—as I did during remote calls, in office, and onsite in Vegas. Even though I didn’t see sunlight for three days (other than the Venetian sky), I didn’t care! I lived for that week, and I know we delivered a top-notch experience for our customers and partners. Long live the HQ wall!
How has your career evolved since joining Dell? Were there any pivotal moments that shaped your path?
I started my journey at Dell through the Marketing Internship Program (MIP), and my success that summer is how I earned my spot in the Marketing Development Program (MDP). For anyone who doesn’t know, MDP is Dell’s two-year marketing rotation program for new grads, and it really built the foundation for my career. By 26 years old, I already had four completely different post-grad roles on my resume. They filled up the page, pushing off all my college jobs, and elevated my professional profile—making me much more competitive when it came time to apply for my current position.
That foundation was critical, but what also propelled me after MDP was timing and visibility. I was moved back to the North America Field Experiential team a few months after graduating MDP, which granted me the opportunity to work on flagship events with high visibility. For that reason, I was able to build a unique relationship with my leader through what I call “Home Goods” conversations (aka water cooler chats at my fully decorated desk). After months of in-person interactions, he learned of my skill sets, character, passions, and ambitions. So, when my current role opened, I was top of mind for him to call and encouraged me to apply. For that reason, I’m extremely grateful—thank you, MDP, and thank you, JC!

What are some goals you are currently working toward, and how is Dell helping you achieve them?
I have a few top-of-mind goals right now, and the common thread through them all is the people and work-life balance at Dell. Some of my co-workers have truly become my best friends. I introduce them to my family and friends like, “We met at Dell, but we’re not work friends—we’re real friends, I swear.” Joanna, Marissa, Emma, Kellie, Christine, Chelsea, Cynthia, Jocelyn, and many more have been so supportive and encouraging that it makes these goals truly feel attainable:
- Career: I will become an Enterprise and/or Dell Tech Select Field Marketing Manager in 1.5 to 2 years.
- Fitness: I will compete in my 3rd powerlifting competition on November 8th and exceed all my previous personal records.
- Travel: I will travel to my 30th country by the end of 2025. (Flights are booked for Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia!)
Stay tuned—because I plan on accomplishing them all…
What advice would you give to someone early in their marketing career?
As Sabrina Carpenter says: please, please, PLEASE… take the time to learn PowerPoint skills. This is me begging! It sounds miniscule, but I promise you—these skills are PRICELESS. I was fortunate enough to attend UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, which has a renowned Consulting track led by Dr. Paul Friga. The skills and frameworks I learned there laid the groundwork for how I approach creating presentations—and now I love passing those lessons on to others at Dell. One of my favorite extracurricular activities is leading these workshops I’ve built out: “How to Create Executive Presentations that Capture your Audience” and “PowerPoint Masterclass: Tips & Tricks for Slide Master, Slide Design, and Visual Storytelling.”
Hearing reactions like these remind me how a few practical skills can completely transform someone’s confidence and effectiveness (even for those who’ve been working with PowerPoint for years):
- “My reality has been SHATTERED. I am so disillusioned right now, in the best way. Total paradigm shift. Thank you, Angie!”
- “This [PowerPoint function] has been a true pain for me since I learned to use PowerPoint in 2007.”
- “Honestly, I’m just going to hire Angie to get my entire life in order via PowerPoint.”
That said, there are so many resources out there to learn from, but my main takeaway is simple: invest in a PowerPoint course, practice your storytelling skills, master your slide decks, and watch the opportunities follow!
