Are you looking for an internship opportunity at Dell Technologies, one of the leading technology companies in the world? If so, you might be wondering how to prepare for the interview and impress the recruiters. To help you out, we have compiled some tips from Arthur, a recruiter from Dell Technologies Brazil who specializes in recruiting interns, who shared three tips for a successful internship interview.

Tip 1: Choose a Suitable Place

If the interview is remote, choose a place where you can be free of distractions and interruptions and focus on the interview. Interviews usually last from 30 minutes to an hour, so make sure you have a suitable place to stay comfortable during this time.

Tip 2: Review your Resume

Before the interview, review your resume and refresh your memory about your previous experiences. If you have any, mention the activities you did in college, the challenges you faced, and the skills you learned. This will mean that, when interviewers ask about whether you have experienced a challenge, you will be able to bring this up in a cohesive and organized way.

Tip 3: Review the Job Requirements and Study the Company

Another important step is to review the job requirements and study about the company. Find out the main skills and qualifications the position is looking for and how your skills may match them. Also, research about the company’s vision, mission, values, and culture. When you know about the requirements and the company, you will be able to answer the questions even better.

I hope this article helps you prepare for your internship interview at Dell. Good luck!
