Solar Community Hubs are solar-powered internet and technology centers that provide access for remote communities. Made from refurbished shipping containers, Hubs are transformed into a classroom that connect rural communities to education and healthcare. For Dell team members, it’s also a chance for them to get involved with their community.

Dell Technologies' Amazon Hub

As a Dell team member, Bassant Elmonairy is supporting the deployment of the Egypt hub to drive awareness in her community. As our main contact in Cairo, Egypt, Bassant is coordinating work between all the local partners and organizing volunteering activities and events that help people understand the benefits the Solar Community Hub and how they can take advantage.
