CFO Internship Program
The CFO Internship Program provides an opportunity for undergraduate students to gain on the job experience within Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations in our global finance hubs. Throughout the duration of the internship, each intern is assigned to a project-based role that allows them to develop their financial and business acumen.
Finance Development Program
The Finance Development Program is a 2-year program (4, six-month rotations) that gives recent college graduates with less than 12 months of work experience a chance to explore a variety of experiences within Dell Finance in over 16 countries worldwide. The goal of the program is to provide exposure to key areas, including corporate, business, global operations, business operations and accounting.
Accounting Development Program
The Accounting Development Program is a 3-year program (3, one-year rotations) designed for entry-level accounting professionals who want to jump-start their careers while developing their technical acumen, accounting and operational knowledge. We are looking for University Graduates (Masters or Bachelors) eligible to sit for their professional accounting certification (CPA/ACCA/ICAEW), including necessary credit hour requirements as applicable, in India, Ireland, Malaysia, Panama, Romania, Slovakia and the United States.
Finance Graduate Program
The Finance Graduate Program is a 1-year program that provides soft skills and technical training for upcoming and recent college graduates (<12 months of work experience) in Latin America and Slovakia. Program curriculum is focused on learning Dell and financial acumen, technical knowledge, and leadership skills.
Global Tax Program
The Global Tax Program is a 2-year program that builds future Tax leaders by providing experiences that drive breadth and depth of knowledge through facilitated rotations, enhanced tax training, mentorship and networking opportunities. We are looking for early in career tax professionals with at least 12 months of work experience.
