Can you describe your current role and location?
I’m an Inside Sales Manager Renewal covering the META (Middle East Turkey Africa) region, and I am based in Casablanca, Morocco.
In my current role, I lead a high-performing team focused on renewing IT and management solutions within the META region. My role is centered on devising and executing strategic renewal plans, driving revenue growth, and fostering lasting customer relationships.
My role extends beyond its title. I am not only shaping the success of my team but also contributing to the overall growth and impact of Dell Technologies across the META region.

When did you join Dell Technologies? Could you share your career progression within the company?
I joined Dell Technologies in November of 2004. For me it was a try, to see how it is, and now after 19 years, I’m still enjoying my work every day!
I embarked on my journey at Dell Technologies as a Technical Support, where I thrived due to a deep understanding of our products and a commitment to excellence. After a year of solid performance, I was honored to step into the role of Coach Trainer. This opportunity not only allowed me to enhance my coaching and team management skills but also provided avenues for professional growth through various certifications, trainings, and dedicated coaching sessions.

Being part of Dell Casablanca's development program was a turning point in my career; it gave me the strategic insights and leadership capabilities needed for a managerial role. The program not only helped me in my career but also in my personal life where I got to know my strengths and weaknesses.
Now, as Renewal Sales Manager, I bring a unique touch of technical expertise, coaching experience, and strategic leadership cultivated through my progressive journey at Dell Technologies. I am excited to leverage this background to drive success in this dynamic and evolving role.

What truly inspires me at Dell Technologies is the people-first approach and the commitment to positive change. My job is like being a team captain. I help my team work together and get better at what they do. This teamwork directly helps our business succeed.

Zooming out, I'm also like a superhero for our customers. I make sure they're happy and stick around by managing their business and building strong relationships. It's not just about money; it's about making our customers love Dell. And guess what? In Dell, I'm part of the big picture. The things I do aren't just good for our team and our business; they help Dell Technologies grow and stay awesome. So, I'm not just doing a job – I'm making a real impact everywhere, every day.

What are your proudest accomplishments thus far?
One of my proudest accomplishments has been actively contributing to the growth of a generation of sales professionals. I take immense pride in being the person who believes in their potential, providing them with opportunities to advance their careers. Seeing their development and success not only brings me personal satisfaction but also reflects my commitment to encouraging talent and contributing positively to the professional journeys of others. It's deeply rewarding to see individuals I've supported growing in their careers and knowing that I played a role in shaping their success.
