A New Beginning at Dell Technologies
I joined Dell Technologies in 2010 as part of the technical support organization. From my very first day, I embraced a mindset of continuous learning and personal growth, quickly identifying leadership as a long‑term goal for myself.
  
A Milestone Achievement: Becoming a People Manager
One of my most significant career milestones was earning the role of People Manager—a goal I had been working toward since the beginning of my Dell journey. To prepare, I proactively expanded my skills, took on stretch assignments, and even led teams informally before I was officially promoted. This achievement remains one of the most defining moments of my career and personal growth.

Advocating for Others: A Culture That Puts People First
I’ve always appreciated Dell Technologies’ people‑centric culture. Relationships—with both team members and customers—are truly at the heart of our success. The support I’ve received from leadership, HR partners, and Dell’s collaborative environment has been instrumental in helping me grow and thrive.
   
Driving Inclusion Through Employee Resource Groups: TrueAbility
I’m an active member of TrueAbility, Dell’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for people with disabilities. Through this ERG, I participate in initiatives that support team members’ professional development, strengthen connections across the organization and engage local communities through quarterly outreach efforts. TrueAbility’s mission aligns closely with Dell’s broader commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion—a commitment I’m proud to champion.

Empowering Communities Beyond Dell
One of the highlights of our ERGs at Dell is the social impact work. We bring community members into Dell spaces to learn about careers, technology, and new opportunities. These experiences reflect Dell’s belief in creating a positive, lasting impact beyond our walls.

To me, innovation at Dell Technologies is a dynamic cycle of idea creation, experimentation, collaboration, and measuring real impact. I’m especially inspired by the importance of validating ideas before scaling. Our customers trust us as true partners. Dell’s proven consulting expertise, technical excellence, and pioneering AI strategy set us apart.

   

I use AI every day to improve communication, enhance emails and team messaging and increase productivity by offloading heavy, repetitive tasks. By leveraging AI this way, I’m able to spend more time focusing on strategic thinking and leadership.
