My professional journey at Dell Technologies began while I was pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Naturally communicative, proactive, and curious, I’ve always been driven by a desire to learn and grow. I started as an intern in the Small Medium Business (SMB) segment, where I supported Account Managers by handling administrative tasks, preparing proposals, and assisting in product sales. Looking back, that internship was a key steppingstone in my development. It gave me a solid foundation and helped me understand the dynamics of the sales process. My dedication and passion for client interaction recently led to an exciting transition into a full-time role. What I love most is being able to connect directly with clients. Building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and understanding each person’s needs is what truly motivates me. Now that I manage my own client portfolio, I feel empowered, professionally fulfilled, and confident that I’m on the right path toward achieving my career goals.
What inspired you to start your career at Dell?
I’ve always wanted to work at Dell, after all, who wouldn’t want to be part of a multinational company with so many growth opportunities? But what truly drew me in was the company’s culture: the care for employees, the commitment to diversity, and the recognition of individual contributions. It’s an organization that inspires me, makes me proud to be part of it, and pushes me to grow every day.
What new interests or skills have you uncovered since joining us?
Working with goals and results is something that really drives me and has deepened my interest in the commercial field. I’ve also been focusing on improving my Excel skills, developing my English, and strengthening my communication with clients, all of which I consider essential for my professional growth.
How did your internship shape your career goals?
My internship was crucial in helping me explore different areas, understand how each team operates, and reflect more clearly on my career goals. This experience allowed me to experiment, learn, and make decisions with greater confidence. Today, I can say I’m following exactly the path I want, both at Dell and in my career overall.
What part of your job makes you feel most energized?
Without a doubt, direct contact with clients is what energizes me the most. Being able to help, receiving recognition for good service, and delivering quality solutions gives me confidence that I’m on the right track. These interactions inspire me and fuel my desire to keep growing.
