Please share a little bit about your role at Dell Technologies and what that entails.
I’m responsible for the Services business through Distribution in the Central and Northern European region (CNE). Part of the job is to provide our distribution partners with tools and processes to achieve growth. I also educate them about keeping attachments at the top of their mind and how to become more profitable as a business. The Services portfolio is huge and spans across all lines of business. It is so much fun to work with and contains everything from ProSupport to consulting, residency to cyber recovery solutions and more!
How do you find #LifeAtDell?
I love it! It’s such an amazing place to work with great company values and the career possibilities are endless.
What is your favorite part about working for Dell?
It would have to be all the cool people that I meet on a daily basis. My partners and my colleagues are the coolest cats out there.

Do you have an achievement or moment in your career that you’re most proud of?
I’m extremely proud of the way the #dontbebasic movement has grown and continues to grow. I keep seeing pictures from all over the world on social media and people seem really happy to be part of this amazing movement.

Is there a piece of advice that you would share for someone who may be starting out in their career?
Always be curious. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. In every sales conversation there is an opportunity hiding.

What is one thing you know now that you wish you knew when you started at Dell?
Not to be afraid of the trainings you get as a new hire. Relax and take it all in. It’s all for your personal and professional growth.

How do you find the level of diversity and inclusion at Dell?
I believe it’s heading in the right direction but there is still more work to be done. We need to keep a diverse and inclusive mindset because that’s what the world looks like when you step outside the office.

I’m a strong advocate for social selling. I believe that if we use our ability to connect with people online, not only will we reach new people, but we will also be able to influence in a positive manner. Keep posting!
