Jude Balinbin: Crafting Connections in Partner Management at Dell
Jude Balinbin | Senior Advisor, Partner Management | Philippines

My career journey at Dell began in 2007 when I joined as a People Manager. I was part of the pioneering team that established the SMB (Small / Medium Business) Americas Tech Support Operations in a newly built facility in Manila, Philippines. I led a team of 200 employees operating in a 24/7 environment. Over the years, I transitioned into various roles and organizations, including serving as a Senior Advisor within the Americas Services organization. This role marked the beginning of my career in partner management and enablement.
In 2015, I joined the Partner Enablement team, where I developed processes and governance frameworks that empowered our partners in the Americas region. These initiatives provided partners with access to lab equipment and branding assets/materials, ensuring their sites mirrored the look and feel of Dell facilities.
Fast forward to 2025, I now lead several programs supporting our global partner network within CSG Remote Services. This network comprises approximately 3,000 team members across all regions, delivering customer support in multiple languages. My responsibilities include creating platforms for partners to showcase their innovations in service technology solutions using AI, maintaining the feedback channel Agent 360 (a feedback platform for partners), collaborating with partners on talent retention through governance and recognition programs, and amplifying our brand messaging and cybersecurity awareness.
Additionally, I currently lead the Philippines chapter of the Mosaic Employee Resource Group (ERG). Reflecting on my journey, I am deeply grateful for the rich experiences I’ve gained working alongside talented team members and inspirational leaders from diverse cross-functional groups, backgrounds, and cultures within and beyond Dell.

How do you balance efficiency and creativity when solving complex problems?
It comes down to effectively managing time and resources. I recall an executive leader’s advice during a business review early in my operations career: the best approach to problem-solving is to identify existing levers—such as best practices, tools, or processes—and evolve them into improved solutions. On the creative side, collaboration is essential, as each individual brings unique expertise to the table. By thoroughly exploring all available options first, you can then creatively develop a tailored solution.
What emerging technology excites you the most for driving both innovation and cultural impact?
I find AI-powered real-time language translation incredibly impactful. Imagine being able to communicate seamlessly with locals in foreign countries without knowing or speaking their language—it’s truly mind-blowing. I believe this technology will play a significant role in shaping how we live and interact as our world continues to feel smaller and more connected.

Which emoji best represents your working style, and which one captures your cultural advocacy energy?
For me, the emoji that reflects my working style is the one with eyeglasses 🤓. I've worn glasses since college, and to me, this emoji symbolizes knowledge, a love for reading, and continuous learning. As for my cultural advocacy energy, I’d choose the handshake emoji 🤝🏽. It represents respect, friendship, and building connections.

What’s a favorite tradition or cultural moment that helps you reset and reconnect outside of work?
For me, it’s the local Filipino tradition of gathering with family or friends to share a meal, especially during special occasions, fiestas, and holidays. Along with listening to and sharing stories, there’s also the beloved “karaoke/videoke,” where you can sing your heart out. This typical Filipino gathering is something I truly love, and it helps me reset and reconnect outside of work.
