Lusiane holds a degree in Business Administration and began her career at Dell ten years ago, driven by a desire to grow professionally at a company she had long admired. What started as a temporary position in the commercial department quickly evolved into a fulfilling and successful career, marked by challenges, growth, and accomplishments. Here, she shares the highlights of her path and what continues to inspire her each day.

With your background in Business Administration, what motivated you to pursue an opportunity at Dell?
I had always heard great things about Dell, which piqued my curiosity and interest in the company. One day, while exploring new job opportunities, I came across an opening for a temporary role in the commercial department. It aligned with my years of experience in the field, so I applied. I got the job, and on March 17, 2015, I embarked on a professional journey filled with challenges, development, recognition, and many achievements. Less than two months later, I was hired full-time. On May 18, 2025, I proudly celebrated ten years with the company.
How would you describe a typical day on Dell’s sales team?
Being part of Dell’s sales team means experiencing a routine that is anything but routine. Every day brings new challenges, fresh tasks, and exciting opportunities. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced. Strong organization, clear focus, and teamwork are critical to keeping things running smoothly.
And then there are truly unforgettable moments, like Black Friday. The way the entire company comes together, the collective effort, and the sense of accomplishment at the end of an intense week is incredible. These are moments that reinforce the pride and passion I feel as part of Dell’s team.

What inspires me most about Dell is its genuine commitment to people. The company transcends the corporate environment by engaging with society in meaningful and thoughtful ways.

How would you describe your experience at Dell over the past ten years?
When I first joined Dell, I was filled with excitement, anticipation, and clear goals. Initially, I supported individual customers through our 0800 line, where I gained essential knowledge about Dell’s processes, product portfolio, sales techniques, systems, and core values. Knowing how much Dell encourages career development, I immediately started investing in my growth.
After nearly two years, I transitioned to the Inbound SB team, where I had my first experience working with small businesses. This was an entirely new world for me, one that expanded my expertise and strengthened my ability to collaborate with others. From there, new opportunities kept coming. I joined the Openquotes team, managed a portfolio of clients across the country, and later specialized in small and medium-sized businesses in São Paulo. During the pandemic, I became part of the Dell Experts program, which supports tech consultants throughout Brazil.
Today, I manage a portfolio of elite consultants from all corners of the country. Together with a skilled overlay team, I ensure all their clients’ IT needs are met, whether for individuals or companies.
What aspects of the company culture do you value the most?

One unforgettable moment for me was during the 2024 floods in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Dell didn’t just donate supplies; it transformed its office in Eldorado do Sul, one of the affected areas, into a support hub for emergency response teams. The company also encouraged employees to support their colleagues and local communities. Witnessing that level of care and mobilization made me even prouder to be part of this organization.
