What brought you to Dell, and what has your journey here been like so far?
I joined Dell because of its strong commitment to innovation and social impact. My journey at Dell has been truly rewarding. I’ve had the opportunity to hold several positions, work with multicultural teams, and build strong connections. This diversity has allowed me to develop my skills and thrive in my role while also leading initiatives that make a real difference in our communities.
Organizing solidarity actions like Octobre Rose and Movember to support the Institut du Cancer de Montpellier has been deeply fulfilling. Seeing colleagues come together for a cause that matters is inspiring.
Dell’s culture encourages us to think beyond business and embrace our role as changemakers. The flexibility and support for employee-led initiatives make it possible to turn ideas into impactful programs.
I wanted to create a bridge between our company and local organizations making a difference. The inspiration came from a desire to combine professional skills with community needs, amplifying impact through collaboration.
I focus on initiatives that are scalable and relatable which start locally but resonate globally. Sharing these stories internally helps inspire similar actions worldwide.
During a visit to the Institut du Cancer de Montpellier as part of our partnership, I met a patient who shared how much these initiatives bring comfort and hope. That heartfelt testimony deeply moved me and reminded me that even small actions can have a tremendous human impact. That moment reminded me why small gestures can have a big emotional impact.
Start small, listen to local needs, and build partnerships. Passion and persistence turn ideas into reality.
I’m the go-to person for travel tips and hidden gems —whether it’s planning a trip, finding must-visit spots, recommending great restaurants, or uncovering unique local experiences. I love sharing these ideas and helping others create memorable moments.
