What inspired you to pursue a career in Services, and what keeps you motivated?
I've always been passionate about helping others. When I first joined Dell, I was drawn to the size and scope of the company, and the many opportunities it offered. I began my career on the Post-Sales Team as a Customer Care Representative. Over time, I discovered the Command Center, which aligned perfectly with my interests and allowed me to grow professionally. Being in this environment continues to motivate me and I get to do meaningful work while contributing to something bigger.
How do Dell’s core values influence the way you approach your work in Services?
Dell's commitment to putting the customer first truly shapes how I approach my work. I strive to find win-win solutions, always keeping the focus on what matters most: providing support and resolving issues efficiently. This mindset helps me stay grounded in delivering exceptional service.
What new technologies or trends do you think will shape the future of services and support?
I believe the integration of AI into our daily workflows will be transformative. It has the potential to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and enable us to deliver even better support, helping us grow as a company and stay ahead of evolving customer needs.
How has your role in Services evolved, and what have you learned through that journey?
My role has evolved significantly, and every day I learn something new. That constant growth makes me proud and keeps me engaged. Knowing that my work has meaning and contributes to Dell’s success is both fulfilling and motivating.
What is one way Dell empowers you to bring innovative solutions to customer challenges?
For me, a key pillar of innovation is the exceptional management team we have. More than any tool or process, their support and guidance make a real difference. They are always available to help us navigate challenges and ensure we can deliver the best outcomes for our customers every day.
