| My Secret Recipe - Courage, Opportunity, and Environment:
My nine-year-long career so far has been nothing short of a transformational journey. From saying yes to an incredible opportunity that few women had said yes to back then to joining Dell Technologies and working with extremely talented and inspiring women, I have been truly fortunate indeed.
This is My Story:
Two years into my career, I made a pivotal decision to step away and pursue my dreams of higher education, self-funded through a combination of my stipend and savings.
Then came one of the most defining moments of my career. I got an onsite opportunity to work with an African customer. It was a unique challenge because it was in a remote location. It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase my capabilities and get valuable experience. So, I refused to let gender limit what I could do and took it! With courage and resilience, I traveled alone to Tanzania and successfully managed the project for three months.

Joining Dell:
Last year I joined Dell because I had heard so much about its reputation for innovation, opportunity, and an environment that fuels ambition. I have been fortunate to build a strong network and learn from exceptional female leaders who inspire me daily. Joining Dell has allowed me to leverage my knowledge and experience, collaborate with talented individuals, and make a significant impact on the company and its customers.

What I Have Found at Dell:
1) Inspiring Community: Dell has provided me with a remarkable opportunity to become an active member of the Women in Action (WIA) Employee Resource Group (ERG). WIA has given me a sense of belonging, allowing me to share my passion with like-minded people and contribute to the positive impact this group creates on employee satisfaction while organizing events and ensuring team member participation in ERG activities.

2) Recognition: Dell does not only appreciate me for my work but also celebrates my contribution to making a difference in enabling a path of self-actualization. Dell’s holistic approach to work-life balance ensures a harmonious blend of professional and personal gratification that has nurtured my aspirations for future roles.
3) Excellent Mentors: Dell's commitment to building relationships is one aspect that truly resonates with me. Throughout my journey at Dell, I have taken immense pride in the connections I have formed, recognizing the value of mentorship and continuous growth.
