I joined Dell Technologies at a moment when I was still figuring out my professional path. What started as an internship during my master’s degree quickly turned into something much bigger. Today, I work as a Sales Representative for the French market, doing a job I genuinely enjoy, surrounded by people who support my growth both professionally and personally. Dell is not just where I work—it’s where I’ve learned, grown, and built meaningful relationships.
How did your journey at Dell Technologies begin?
My journey started toward the end of my master’s degree, a time when I wasn’t yet sure which direction to take. At a university job fair, Dell Technologies immediately stood out for its vision and constant innovation. After initial conversations, I was invited to Casablanca for an in‑person interview with my future manager and coach. The experience confirmed my instincts about the culture and the people. When I received the offer to join as an intern in January 2024, I felt both excited and grateful to begin a chapter that would shape my career.
How did you transition from intern to a full‑time role?
During my six‑month internship, I supported the inside sales team with prospecting, client calls, data preparation, and other day‑to‑day tasks. I learned by doing, asked a lot of questions, and always found someone willing to help. My manager’s guidance and feedback gave me the confidence to grow. By the end of the internship, I knew I wanted to stay. When a position opened in the same team, applying was an easy decision—and because we had already built a strong working relationship, the move to full‑time felt natural and seamless.

What does your day‑to‑day work look like now?
As a Sales Representative for the French market, my days are dynamic and people‑focused. I speak with businesses to understand their priorities and challenges, then align them with the right Dell solutions—from laptops and peripherals to servers and broader infrastructure. Every conversation is different, which keeps the job energizing. The best part is seeing a customer’s needs turn into a concrete solution that drives real outcomes.
What makes your team and Dell’s culture special?
From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. Asking questions is encouraged, and no one is ever too busy to help—especially for newcomers. Beyond our work, we invest in relationships: team lunches, after‑work dinners, and activities that help us connect as people. That sense of trust makes collaboration easier and turns the office into a community.
How do shared passions and fun moments shape your experience at Dell?
Shared interests bring us together. I’m a big Formula One fan, so karting quickly became my favorite team‑building activity—it blends adrenaline, speed, and friendly competition. I also play on our Dell football team, usually as a left winger or central midfielder. Scoring is always a thrill, and I still celebrate with a small gesture I’ve kept since childhood—it’s become a lucky charm. These moments—on the track or on the pitch—help me build strong bonds that carry back into our day‑to‑day collaboration.
Why would you recommend Dell Technologies to others?
I recommend Dell for its environment and its people. You work with respectful colleagues from diverse backgrounds and leaders who genuinely care about your growth. There’s room to learn, room to try, and plenty of ways to connect—whether through the gym on site, sports teams, or social events. It’s a place where professional progress and personal well‑being go hand in hand.
Why do you choose Dell Technologies every day?
I choose Dell because I feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to do my best work. I love selling and building relationships, and here those relationships often grow into long‑term connections with colleagues and customers. That human element is what makes Dell special for me—and why I’m proud to choose it every day.
