What happens when your first job becomes part of who you are?
I started at Dell Technologies when I was just 18 years old, as an intern. At the time, I couldn’t imagine that this first step would mark the beginning of a story that would grow alongside me. Over time, Dell stopped being just a workplace and became a place where I learned, matured, and built a large part of my life.
How have you built your career over the years?
Over the course of 17 years, I’ve always worked within sales teams, moving through different roles, learning from each stage, and discovering what truly motivated me. I had the opportunity to design my own career path, learn from my leaders, and surround myself with amazing people I now call friends. The people and the growth opportunities have undoubtedly been the best parts of my experience here.
Looking back, I realize that I grew alongside the company. Dell has been part of my achievements, my learning, and my challenges. More than a career, it has been a story that I continue to write every day, with passion, purpose, and people at the center.

How has a difficult decision driven your growth?
At an important moment in my life, I decided to pause my career to study abroad. It was both a personal and strategic decision. Living outside my home country taught me to be more independent, to make difficult decisions, and to see the world — and my career — from a different perspective. I returned to Dell with more clarity, confidence, and tools to continue growing.
What does it mean to lead people beyond results?
From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to be a leader. I prepared myself for that role, studied people development, and took on new challenges until I became a people manager. Today, as a Sales Manager, I strongly believe that leadership isn’t just about meeting goals, but about developing people, understanding their realities, and helping them reach their full potential.
How do you balance career and personal life?
Throughout my career at Dell, I also built my personal life: I got married, became a mother, and learned the importance of balance. Today, I value being able to grow professionally while still being present for my family. That support and flexibility make this job even more meaningful to me.
Looking back, I realize that I grew alongside the company. Dell has been part of my achievements, my learning, and my challenges. More than a career, it has been a story that I continue to write every day, with passion, purpose, and people at the center.
