
From Servers to Social Impact: Meet Santosh Vattikuti

I started my work at Dell as a Support Specialist on the Team Member Experience team in 2021. I then moved to the Managed Services team as a Senior Engineer. Our team includes over 15 experts, and we support global clients by managing 10,000+ servers remotely. I specialize in Microsoft OS, Azure and VMware, and I also serve as a key contact for a couple of customer accounts.
What does a typical day look like for you?
It’s a mix of technical problem-solving and customer support. I help keep IT systems running smoothly and also lead community-focused events and support Planet Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives. Every day brings something new!

What do you love most about working at Dell?

What drives you outside of work?
Nature and community! I’ve loved planting trees since childhood. I’ve helped with our Plant a Tree program and co-lead communications for Planet India, focusing on environmental and social impact.
What’s one thing you’re proud of?
I’m proud of blending my tech skills with my passion for giving back. Whether it’s improving IT operations or organizing community events with our team members, I aim to make a positive impact.
