From Thailand to APAC: Creating Impact Every Step of the Way
When I first joined Dell Technologies in November 2019 as an iDCSE, TM, NGSA, Account Manager, I had no idea I was stepping into something far greater than just a job. With experience across various roles, I thought I understood cross-border collaboration — but Dell redefined it. Over time, I began supporting sales enablement across 11 countries in South Asia and Emerging Markets, navigating diverse market needs and time zones. It was Dell’s deep-rooted belief in mobility, inclusion, and employee development that empowered me to grow.
In May 2022, I transitioned from a client-facing role into Sales Training, stepping into a strategic, behind-the-scenes position that challenged me to stretch, adapt, and lead in new ways. Backed by leadership programs, peer mentorship, and a culture of trust and internal mobility, I leaned into strategic thinking, resilience, and customer-centricity. That growth was recognized when I was honored with the Best Employee Award in 2022 and the APJ Game Changer Award in 2024 for helping drive performance across South Asia and Emerging Markets.

Owning My Seat at the Table and Making It Count
What has made my journey truly meaningful isn’t just the recognition — it’s the purpose behind every opportunity. At Dell, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data center and storage solutions for clients, while also shaping internal programs that empower others to grow. Along the way, I found my voice as a woman in tech, thanks to the support of Employee Resource Groups like Women in Action, Dell Toastmasters EMinent Communicators Club, True Ability, and Family Balance. These communities gave me the confidence to speak up, own my seat at the table, and uplift others as I grew.
Being named a Top Business Partner in 2022 while leading regional efforts was more than a milestone — it reminded me that women not only belong but can lead with purpose and impact. And just as Dell championed my professional growth, it supported me personally as well. Programs like mindfulness webinars, the Step Challenge, and holistic wellness initiatives helped me find balance while aligning work with family priorities — turning ambition into something sustainable, not overwhelming. The focus on mental, physical, and financial health made it possible to thrive in every sense of the word.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: don’t wait until you feel completely ready. Own your growth. Say yes to stretch assignments. Ask for what you need. Dell will create the space — but it’s up to you to rise.

Mentorship Meaning and the Power of Saying Yes
And perhaps the most powerful part of all this? The chance to give back. Through Dell, I’ve been able to mentor underprivileged youth and contribute to a future built on opportunity. It’s in those moments — not tied to KPIs but rooted in purpose — that I’ve felt the true heart of Dell’s mission: to drive human progress.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: don’t wait until you feel completely ready. Own your growth. Say yes to stretch assignments. Ask for what you need. Dell will create the space — but it’s up to you to rise.
