Stepping Into Possibility
I joined Dell Technologies in 2021 as a Procurement Analyst, stepping into a space full of opportunity and innovation. Coming from a background in Customer Service in the manufacturing industry, I was eager to grow—and Dell gave me the room to do just that. Over the years, I’ve taken on global procurement responsibilities for multiple CSG commodities, led digital transformation efforts, and collaborated across regions to improve how we operate. One of the proudest moments was leading the first-wave rollout and global adoption of our Digital Supply Chain tool, which replaced manual Excel reports and helped teams work smarter. I also had the privilege of joining the MCGMA Key Talent Program, where I collaborated with international colleagues and completed a case study on shortage mitigation during the one-year program. These milestones, along with continuous learning and mentorship, helped shape my leadership capabilities and led to my progressive career development.

Where Growth Meets Heart
What’s made the biggest difference in my journey is Dell’s culture—one that encourages innovation, values people, and supports growth. I’ve gained skills in project management, strategic communication, and cross-functional teamwork, but more importantly, I’ve learned the power of adaptability and resilience. The best advice I’ve received here is to “stay curious and never stop learning.” That mindset has helped me navigate challenges with confidence and grace. At Dell, success isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about creating value, building trust, and lifting others along the way.

Becoming More Than a Title
Looking back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come—from solving supply issues and managing supplier relationships to leading digital initiatives and mentoring peers. Dell has shaped not just my career, but also the way I lead—with purpose, empathy, and a belief in continuous growth. If I could share one piece of advice with others, it would be this: take every challenge as a chance to grow, and trust yourself to make a difference. Because when you do, your journey becomes more than a career—it becomes a story of impact, courage, and heart.
