Dell Technologies Taiwan is recognized as LGBTQ+ Friendly Workplace

At Dell Technologies, we believe in fostering a workplace where diversity and inclusion thrive. We are thrilled to announce that Dell has been officially recognized as an LGBTQ+ Friendly Workplace in Taiwan, as per the "2023 Taiwan LGBTQ+ Workplace Friendly Index" released by the Taiwan LGBT Hotline Association and the Taiwan Rainbow Equality Platform Association. This certification reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all our employees.

The "2023 Taiwan LGBTQ+ Workplace Index" is a groundbreaking initiative that invited companies and organizations to self-assess their actions and achievements related to LGBTQ+ workplace friendliness. Dell participated in this evaluation, showcasing our efforts over the past five years in both internal and external LGBTQ+ inclusion initiatives.

Out of 62 companies that participated in the index, Dell Technologies Taiwan proudly emerged as one of the 47 organizations recognized as an LGBTQ+ Friendly Workplace. This recognition is a testament to our dedication to LGBTQ+ rights and workplace equality.

Cathy Su, the General Manager of Taiwan's Gilead Sciences, one of the sponsors of the index, expressed her pride in being associated with this initiative. She stated, "We will continue to promote the values of LGBTQ+ workplace friendliness and hope that through this index, companies from various industries can recognize the importance of diversity and inclusion in creating a friendlier workplace in Taiwan."
