Steady Improvement in Strength, Getting Better

I have a college classmate who told me that Dell Technologies has a mature workflow, good benefits, and a very competitive salary. Therefore, I joined the company in 2015. When I first joined the company, because I had never worked in a sales position, I was still confused, and I also received a "closed door" from customers. Later, the line manager helped me adjust resources in a timely manner, my performance has been steadily improved, and many high-quality customers have continued to accumulate.

A year and a half later, I left Dell Technologies for family reasons and joined a local private company in Xiamen to do channel sales. I thought the work content was similar to the previous one, only to be responsible for contacting agents or following up on orders, but this is not the case: there is no comprehensive and clear intelligent data system like Dell Technologies, Excel work consumes a lot of my energy, and it is difficult to obtain the sense of achievement in sales. Dell Technologies' flexible office culture, delicious canteens, and holiday benefits also come to mind all the time.

When I came back, I had a sense of purpose, and I was not confused about my career.

After trying it outside, I was able to return to Dell Technologies in September 2017. Compared with the confusion when I joined for the first time, I have a clearer plan for my career development and a stronger sense of purpose. Now, I have been working on the energy team for five years. Dell Technologies is changing all the time, and I am also rapidly improving my competitiveness in response to constant changes.
