Our journey towards a more flexible work culture started in 2009, and we continue to have a flexible and hybrid work schedule available to all team members. We are confident that our work culture gives team members the flexibility they need to fulfill their needs on the job and in their personal lives.
Our Flexible Culture
Our team members take part in our flexible and hybrid work program. This means most team members are working from a Dell office for a minimum of 39-days per quarter, on average about three days a week.
