Dell Technologies’ Global Sales Learning & Development Organization is Accredited as Exceptional

Originally Published: October 18, 2022

We are delighted to announce that Dell Technologies’ Global Sales Learning & Development Organization has been accredited as an ‘Exceptional Learning Organization’ by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI). Dell Technologies is the first organization to achieve this level of recognition from LPI.

LPI’s independent accreditation program recognizes organizations that are committed to continual performance improvement and offer their clients the highest levels of quality and service. The Global Sales L&D Organization’s mission is to create a culture of continuous learning for the sales teams at Dell. As part of our drive for excellence, we continuously review industry trends, pilot new technologies, and stay closely aligned to the sales business to ensure we’re adding value every step of the way.

To receive this Exceptional accreditation and a 90% score as an outcome, the LPI completed a comprehensive screening process. This process included a thorough assessment of the organization’s operations, strategy cascade, and collection of feedback from key senior stakeholders and the sales team members themselves.

Karen Butcher, the Director of Sales Training and a participant in the accreditation process, said, “It was more than just our learning strategy, it was also about us as a company which is why LPI was so interested in the work we do. It was really an accreditation that took into account the company, and the learning that we do for the company.”

We are very proud of our Exceptional score and strive to continue to grow and learn so that we can deliver exceptional experiences. To learn more about what it’s like to start your sales career with Dell visit, Global Sales at Dell.
