Upon successful completion of their internship, interns are the first to be considered for offers to join Dell’s HR Rotation Program.

The HR Rotation Program at Dell is incredible. The program offers a plethora of opportunities across three rotations where rotationers get to work on both regional and international projects in different functions of HR. Over the course of the rotations, rotationers are provided with meaningful and challenging assignments typically in a Center of Expertise, an Operations, and a Business-aligned role. This program is designed to support and encourages budding HR professionals to learn, network and ultimately add value; paving the way for them to become well-rounded Leaders of Tomorrow!
