Every year, our University Relations Team connects with third-level students through our Dell on Tour event. This year, we met over 4,000 students in Ireland! Keep an eye out for more information about Dell on Tour and our graduate and intern hiring.

Annually, Dell looks forward to welcoming interns to join our teams where they can work on interesting projects and bring all their learnings to life. Outside of working with cutting-edge technologies, learning from business leaders and collaborating with great teams, interns are also able to take part in projects such as our Intern Blogging Experience, Campus Ambassador programs and Intern Day. Dell Technologies Ireland and Munster Technological University (MTU) have partnered together to launch the 'Ready Steady Work' program that has been awarded the Higher Education Award Overall Winner, The higher Education Award Best Business & College Collaboration and Operational Excellence Award in Education. The Ready Steady program assists students with learning differences and disabilities in transitioning from education to the workforce and is available to all MTU students who have access to disability support services.

STEM Aspire is a female mentorship program connecting students in 3rd level education studying STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) to female role models within Dell Technologies. The program derives from our wider diversity and inclusion priority to advance Dell Technologies’ employment strategy as an industry leader for women. Our goal is to encourage and empower female talent in STEM to develop rewarding careers in the technology sector.
