The Happy Linkage of Interests and Opportunities

In 2002, I graduated from the Accounting Department of Xiamen University. After 10 months of training in a large insurance company, I was recommended by a friend and got a good opportunity from the finance department of Dell Technologies. The loyal fans of the company set sail in Dell Technologies with a good vision.

Based on a rich product line and a diverse and inclusive culture, I have successively trained in the Finance Department, Service Marketing Department, Service Sales Department, Factory Custom Project Department, After-Sales Technical Support Department, and Global Configuration Service Department, forming a unique way of doing things. I gained style, a more open mind, and unlocked the confidence to try boldly. My English proficiency has also improved rapidly.

Later, I left Dell Technologies for personal reasons. After some experience abroad, I found that Dell Technologies' lively working atmosphere, care for employees' physical and mental health, abundant internal opportunities, and a fair competition environment are "scarce products" in the market. The major career transition was the key catalyst for my return to Dell Technologies. In my new position, I have successfully transformed from an individual contributor to a team manager. After 4 years of deep work, I returned to the PM position again to conduct in-depth research in the vertical field.

At Dell Technologies, the top growth is to be able to release my curiosity through different experiences. Participating in different projects and working with a diverse team has also given me a sharper insight into people's emotions and made me cherish my family, colleagues and friends around me even more.
