Dell Technologies Recognized as One of the World's Most Ethical Companies for the 11th Year in a Row

We are honored to announce that Dell Technologies has once again been recognized by the Ethisphere Institute as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies in 2023. This marks the 11th consecutive year that we have had the privilege of receiving this award, thanks to our team member’s commitment to ethics and integrity.

Companies that received this award were evaluated on five main criteria: ethics and compliance programs, a culture of ethics, corporate citizenship and responsibility, governance, and leadership and reputation.

At Dell, we continuously strive to become a more ethical company. We previously implemented initiatives like Speak UP, a third-party resource where employees can report ethics concerns 24/7. This tool is available in multiple languages and allows for the option to report concerns anonymously through an online form, My Ethics App, or a QR code. Our newest ethical innovation is Corruption and Risk Detection System (CARDS), a software application designed to proactively detect potential risks in the quoting pre-sales workstream.
