3 Reasons Why Dell Technologies is an Excellent Employer for Women

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’d like to acknowledge three reasons why many women, just like you, choose to join and remain at Dell Technologies.

One of Dell’s main initiatives is its partnership with Girls Who Code, a non-profit organization designed to increase the number of women in computer science by providing girls with the skills and resources they need to succeed. Dell also works closely with STEMAspire, a mentoring program that helps STEM students continue their path to tech careers.
