Empower your Future

Dell Technologies is dedicated to attracting and developing people who identify as women across our global operations – and especially in technical positions and leadership roles, where they remain underrepresented throughout our industry. We foster a place where people want to work, and team members feel they belong, and our inclusive values reflect those of our customers and our communities.

Providing a Clear Path to Advancement

Diversity Leadership Accelerator Program (DLAP)

The DLAP is 9 month coaching and sponsorship program to help high-performing individuals advance their careers at Dell Technologies. It is designed to address the “leaky pipeline” challenge: Representation of women in the workforce drops at each career stage. By developing senior professionals and midlevel managers, DLAP will help us develop a more diverse, balanced leadership pipeline.

Supporting your big comeback We're a community

Careers don’t always follow a linear path, and often people take a break from the workforce to start a family, care for an aging parent, serve in the military or attend graduate school.

We not only welcome professionals back to Dell Technologies after taking time off, but we also provide comprehensive workforce reentry programs that help them pick up where they left off through Dell Career ReStart, which offers professionals a smooth transition to working at Dell Technologies after leaving the workforce for a year or more.

Dell’s Employee Resource Groups are communities within Dell where team members with common interests or backgrounds bring their collective voices together to drive innovation, create business opportunities and develop inspiring leaders.

Currently, more than 40,000 team members participate in one of our 13 ERGs. With more than 350 chapters in 60+ countries around the world, these ever-growing groups of team members are recognized both internally and externally for their strength of program.
